The Challenge
As one of the most provocative and prestigious names in fine jewellery, Stephen Webster required a brand identity that mirrored its "flamboyantly adventurous" spirit.
In 2005, following a series of major industry accolades, the house needed to transition from a celebrated British designer to a dominant global luxury brand. Working directly with Stephen Webster MBE, GSD® was tasked with developing a cohesive visual language and a high-impact ‘Attention Seeker’ campaign that would resonate across diverse international markets while maintaining the brand’s edgy, artisanal heritage.

Provocative Visual Identity: Developed a bold, adventurous brand identity applied across all touchpoints, from core logo design to bespoke stationery and luxury invitations.
High-Impact Photography: Executed an 'Attention Seeker' campaign utilising powerful, high-contrast imagery to showcase the intricate craftsmanship and rebellious aesthetic of the jewellery.
Strategic Brand Consistency: Ensured that every piece of visual communication - whether a digital ad or a physical invite - upheld the house’s reputation for glamour and technical excellence.
Creative Collaboration: Operated in close partnership with the brand’s internal creative leads to ensure the marketing collateral authentically represented the "Webster" lifestyle
The Result
The 'Attention Seeker' campaign provided the creative springboard for Stephen Webster’s rapid international expansion.
Since the collaboration, the brand has evolved into an established global jewellery house with over 120 points of sale and 20 dedicated boutiques in the world’s most prestigious locations, including London, Dubai, and Hong Kong. The visual identity created by GSD® successfully captured the brand’s unique market position, driving worldwide recognition and cementing its status as a leader in contemporary fine jewellery.
