Behind every project is a team that blends hands-on experience with fresh thinking across design, strategy and delivery. Together, we help organisations communicate in a way that feels clear, consistent and engaging, shaping ideas into thoughtful, well-crafted solutions that are as effective as they are enjoyable to work on.
Our founder
Professor Graham Shapiro, is an award-winning British inventor, designer and digital entrepreneur.
Graham holds Fellowship of the Chartered Society of Designers, the Chartered Institute of Marketing, the Royal Society of Arts and a Freeman of the City of London. He also serves as Professor of Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the University of Westminster, Professor in Practice at the University of Dundee, Ambassador of Innovation for the University of Cambridge and Chairman of Arcet Global.
He founded Graham Shapiro Design (GSD®) over 30 years ago, with the business gaining real momentum following a successful pitch in 2005 to produce all European product brochures for Samsung, a milestone from which the company never looked back.
Alongside his work at GSD®, he has also invented the interloopmailer® and Reggie®. Also the founder of The Graham Shapiro Foundation, a charity dedicated to supporting mental health and wellbeing while inspiring innovation and entrepreneurial thinking among young people across the UK.
