RAR+ Top 100 Agency
It was announced on 9 December 2011 that GSD® had been nominated in the Recommended Agency Register’s Top 100 agencies list. The RAR Top 100 looks at how profitable agencies are, how well they are growing, and how efficient

High Sheriff’s Award for Enterprise 2012
GSD® won The Mornflake Oats Innovation of the Year Award for the second time in three years, for their product Reggie®. The winners were announced at a special ceremony and dinner held in the Molloy Hall at the University of Chester on Thursday, March 21 2013.

Global Business Excellence Award for Outstanding Educational Service 2013
Commenting on Graham Shapiro Design Ltd, the winner in the Outstanding Educational Service category, the chairman of the judges said: “Gone are the days when children would sit quietly in class while the teacher reads out the register and ticks each name off. High Sheriff’s Award for Enterprise 2010
Leading businesses from across Cheshire celebrated after winning prizes at the prestigious High Sheriff’s Awards for Enterprise. The winners were announced at a special ceremony and dinner held in the Molloy Hall at the University of Chester on Wednesday, March 23 2011. Winner – Sentinel Business Awards – ‘Young Businessman of the Year 2007′
In March 2008 The Sentinel in partnership with the British Awards Association honoured Graham Shapiro with the Young Businessman of the Year Award.
Global Business Excellence Award for Outstanding New Product 2012
It was announced in December 2011, that the GSD® interloopmailer® invention had won a Global Business Excellence Award for Outstanding New Product. Commenting on the award for Outstanding New Product to Graham Shapiro Design for the interloopmailer®, judge Charles Clarke said: “Graham Shapiro has made the world look at marketing material in a new light and in doing so he has helped businesses innovate and engage with their audiences. The interloopmailer® is an outstanding new product and a worthy winner.” Past winners of this coveted Award include cutting edge small and medium size businesses like Petmeds.co.uk and trueCall, large companies such as EDF Energy and Lloyds Banking Group, public sector organisations like NHS County Durham, Essex County Council and Brunel University along with charities such as Swanswell.

ISO 14001
GSD successfully achieved the ISO 14001:2004 Environmental Management System, in March 2010. This is an internationally recognised standard that details ways in which we seek to reduce our impact on the environment. Activities cover all areas of our business, which are contributed to you, our supplier/employee/client/customer.
Investor in People since 2002
In November 2002 Graham Shapiro Design Ltd achieved the Investor in People standard. This award recognises the quality of commitment to effectively plan implement and evaluate the development of all its staff in support of strategic objectives.
ISO 9001 since 2001
The International Standards Organisation confirmed in June 2001 that GSD’s systems and procedures meet their rigorous quality standards.
Gold FE First Award for Best Annual Report 2009
Graham Shapiro Design Ltd designed an Annual Report for Stafford College which received a Gold FE First Award.
Encore Magazine Design Award 2010
A brochure designed for The Crewe Lyceum Theatre was awarded Showguide of the Year at the Encore Magazine Annual Awards in May 2010.
CSD Design Award 1999
Managing Director of GSD Graham Shapiro was awarded Fellowship of The Chartered Society of Designers in November 2001.
FEFC Design Award ‘College Charter of the Year 1994′
GSD were presented with a prestigious award by the Government’s Cabinet Office for the design and production of the South Cheshire College Charter.
RAW 2010
In December 2009 Managing Director Graham Shapiro was acknowledged as one of the top 350 entrepreneurs in the Northwest and was invited to the RAW2010 event at the Lowry Arts Centre at Salford Quays.
Cheshire Chamber of Commerce & Industry – ‘Business of the Year 2002′
The South Cheshire Chamber of Commerce and Industry announced on Friday 11 October that Graham Shapiro Design Ltd were the winners of ‘Best Business Of The Year 2002′.
